This website
This site is itself a working example, not just a description of one. It's a five-page marketing site with a custom brand identity, built from a plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frontend with no framework. It deploys automatically to Cloudflare Pages from GitHub. The contact form runs through a serverless backend function that validates each submission and stores it in a Cloudflare D1 database. The live chat widget on every page (the same one you can try in the corner of this screen) is powered by Cloudflare Workers AI, answering visitor questions about services directly and pointing them to a real conversation when a question needs one. It's a live, ongoing project. A custom domain and email notifications are being connected next.

Regularly configure and troubleshoot domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, and website routing for business systems and landing pages, across whichever registrar the domain sits on (Xneelo, Domains.co.za, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Afrihost, Cloudflare, and others). This includes connecting domains to websites and CRM platforms, configuring A and CNAME records, resolving SSL issues, and fixing situations where root domains, subdomains, or www versions of a site behave differently or fail to connect. The approach is to identify exactly where the routing or DNS problem occurs, correct the configuration, and test the full domain setup afterward.

Built and configured an automated CRM and payment workflow connecting customer payment activity to CRM actions, so payment events could trigger automated follow-ups, internal notifications, and contact updates. Work included configuring workflow triggers, custom fields, webhooks, payment events, and pipeline actions, then testing and troubleshooting the integration to confirm customer and payment information moved correctly between systems. The goal was to reduce manual payment administration and create a more reliable process for managing customers and subscriptions.

Built and managed an automated event registration process spanning landing page, payment, CRM tracking, confirmation messages, and attendee follow-up. Work included event setup, registration forms, payment integration, pipelines, automated emails, and attendee communication, along with improvements to event tracking and check-in so the team could manage attendees without relying heavily on spreadsheets or manual admin.

Designed a process for collecting customer information and uploaded files while keeping everything connected to the correct customer record inside the CRM. Built for situations where customers or team members needed to submit forms together with documents or images, the work included designing the form process, identifying file storage requirements, connecting submissions to CRM contacts, and building automated workflows for internal processing, including handling larger files where the CRM's native upload capability wasn't sufficient.
