This site is itself a working example, not just a description of one. It's a five-page marketing site with a custom brand identity, built from a plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frontend with no framework. It deploys automatically to Cloudflare Pages from GitHub. The contact form runs through a serverless backend function that validates each submission and stores it in a Cloudflare D1 database. The live chat widget on every page (the same one you can try in the corner of this screen) is powered by Cloudflare Workers AI, answering visitor questions about services directly and pointing them to a real conversation when a question needs one. It's a live, ongoing project. A custom domain and email notifications are being connected next.

Built and configured an automated CRM and payment workflow connecting customer payment activity to CRM actions, so payment events could trigger automated follow-ups, internal notifications, and contact updates. Work included configuring workflow triggers, custom fields, webhooks, payment events, and pipeline actions, then testing and troubleshooting the integration to confirm customer and payment information moved correctly between systems. The goal was to reduce manual payment administration and create a more reliable process for managing customers and subscriptions.

The full customer journey was tested to confirm information was captured correctly and leads reached the right next step, reducing manual lead processing.
